Three Tree Strings is owned and operated by Tony & Tracy Cochran. Tony is a full-time elementary art teacher and avid outdoorsman. Tony enjoys time with his family, teaching, volunteering at church as an AWANA leader and spending as much time outdoors as possible. Tracy is a full-time stay-at-home mom for our two wonderful children and enjoys working in our yard and instrumenting events at our church for the growing children's ministry.  Our whole foundation is based on the fact that we believe Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior.

We are a Christian-based, home-based business that offers custom made Flemish loop bowstrings for your longbows and recurves.

Three Tree Strings began as a hobby. Tony really enjoys keeping busy making his own hunting "stuff" and began twisting strings for his own bows in late 1999. Soon that spread to friends and family members and later to smaller archery shops in the area. We have served (punn intended) two of the largest traditional archery suppliers in the Midwest and many countless individuals across North America.

Our strings are constructed of one of three common string materials: B-50 Dacron, TS Plus and recently added DynaFlight 97.  We use No. 4 nylon serving for all of our strings unless otherwise requested. All of our strings are hand-twisted and mechanically served, which helps insure a tight serve and some pre-stretching of your strings.
