There are several ways to help sponsor or donate to the Wild Game Feast.
Volunteers- We will need “manpower” to set up and tear down both Friday
and Saturday.
Donations – Bring a dish of your favorite “Famous Recipe.:” This will help keep the cost of food down and there will be a prize for the best game dish.
Sponsorships – There are four levels of sponsorships:
Fishing Pole Sponsor – This level of sponsorship is for anyone who donates $25.00* to the Wild Game Feast.
These sponsors will enjoy reserved seating. This is a good level for an individual sponsorship.
Bow Sponsor – This level of sponsorship is for anyone who
donates $50.00* to the Wild Game Feast. In addition to the above these sponsors will receive a special gift. This would be good level of sponsorship for a church or small business.
Shotgun Sponsor – This level of sponsorship is for any
individual, church or business that donates $100.00* to
the Wild Game Feast. These sponsors will receive, in
addition to all of the above, front of the serving line
privileges.
Rifle Sponsor – This level of sponsorship is for any individual, church
or business that donates $1000.00* or more to the Wild Game
Feast. These sponsors will receive in addition to all of the above
recognition during the game feast noted by signs on the tables, and/or any other type of publicity that fits your ministry, church, or business. Examples include but are not limited to public speaking, brochures and business cards prearranged before the event.
*Sponsorships can be the value of donations for prizes. All churches and businesses are encouraged to donate to keep this event free. Thank you for your consideration to support this community outreach.
